Her passion for community management and dedication to enhancing Board and member experiences makes her a true industry leader. Her forward thinking and innovative approach in guiding directors by implementing plans of action, providing resources, and alternative methods for success serves her clients well. She specializes in large scale resort style communities both single family and condominiums, new development, construction defect, and project management. Her portfolio steadily averages 1600 units. Her stamina and strive for improved quality of living for all members and residents through policy governance, elite operations management, and customer service are highly sought out. She was recently nominated for the National Manager of the Year program and was selected as a top ten candidate.

She is enthusiastic and optimistic and enjoys working closely with Board and committee members, homeowners, and vendors to maintain and preserve the integrity of communities both physically and financially. It is the challenge of the ever changing aspects of community management she finds most rewarding.
