Our mission at Tailored Management Solutions is to provide personalized and professional management services that optimize the well-being of homeowners and foster a thriving, harmonious community. Our goal is to instill a sense of comfort and unity within the membership by enhancing community standards for an optimum quality of life.
Maria Hernandez, founder of Tailored Management Solutions, has nearly two decades of experience in the community association management industry. Certified through the California Association of Community Managers as a Master of Community Association Manager, with a specialty designation in portfolio management, Maria is also an active member of Education Community for HOA Homeowners (ECHO). She specializes in managing single-family homes, large-scale, planned unit, and condominium developments, offering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each community.
She has lived in San Ramon for over 35 years and has been in the customer service industry over 30 years. She has assisted in many reconstruction projects as a homeowner liaison between contractors, Associations, and residents. She has extensive experience in construction knowledge, communication skills and strong coordination abilities that help assist Boards and their communities achieve a successful project. She has assisted in developing guidelines for policies and procedures for clients and their projects and prides herself in getting issues resolved in a timely fashion and listening to clients’ requests and needs.
With years of administrative experience, Darby has steadily climbed the ladder in the HOA management industry, building a strong foundation through each step of her career. Now serving as a Community Manager, she provides organized, detail-oriented support to boards, residents, vendors,, and team members while ensuring smooth community operations. Through her dedication and growth in the field, Darby has paved her own path in the industry, using each role as a stepping stone toward her continued success in community management.
Supporting both management and staff, Melissa pairs a passion for people with a commitment to service. Her expertise in customer relations and years of administrative experience contribute to efficient community management and elevate our team’s capabilities.
